On Growth we expect about 156 meetings a year rather than 96. This is the floor, not the forecast.

The guarantee

The green ninety. They start at the first send, not at signature. You pay the retainer, and anything above the number is yours.

The grey after it. Charging stops on day ninety one and we keep going until the number is there. Not a refund, which would leave you exactly where you started.

A meeting counts when all four are trueAll four agreed in writing at onboarding
01
The company fits the profile we agreed
02
The person holds a job title we agreed
03
They accepted a time in your calendar
04
They were not already a customer or in your pipeline
The awkward ones, answered before you ask
What if they do not turn up?

It still counts. We can get someone to accept a time. We cannot make them attend, so we do not pretend to.

What if we cancel it?

It counts as delivered.

When does the clock start?

At the first send, not at signature. The first fortnight is domain warm-up and your first list, so counting from signature would be counting time we cannot use.

Can the clock stop?

Yes, and only for one reason: a batch sitting unapproved for more than two working days, three for the first one. We cannot book meetings with messages you have not released.

What if we change who we are targeting?

The ninety days restart. A new customer profile is a new campaign.

Do you take a cut of what closes?

Yes, and it is the reason the retainer is as low as it is. Ten per cent of the first year contract value on anything that closes from a meeting we booked, uncapped, paid up front or spread across twelve months. Nothing on renewals, and nothing on a company that was already a customer or already in your pipeline.

You are not choosing between us and nothing. Here is everything else.

Two more rows, how personal it is and what happens if it does not work, are on the table above on a wider screen.SDR: £32,000 base, £10,000 commission at target, employer national insurance at 15% over the £5,000 threshold, 3% pension, a 15% recruitment fee, and the data and sending licences one person needs. Agency and tool totals are the middle of the advertised ranges, £3,500 and £900 a month. Ours is Starter at £995 a month with one setup fee; Growth and Scale are on the cards above.
